SLEEPY BIRD

We have been trying to capture Syafi's sleeping styles for the past few days. We thought of joining that baby sleeping picture contest by Bebeland/Mothercare. Syafi has few funny sleeping styles hehehe... He is so adorable. Oh yes, he loves to use his pacifier.....which we never let Syifa to use it before. Well....the pacifier helps to calm him sometimes so we cheat hehehe..we let him use it.

We celebrated our 4th year wedding anniversary on 11th Nov. Unfortunately, we were quite busy to plan anything so we decided to just have dinner at excapade. We left our baby boy at home coz' he was peacefully sleeping, so we brought our daughter along to celebrate with us.

Princess Thumbelina wannabe

Syifa was so excited that her cousin came with princess dress, so she got ready early for her birthday. I have not put on her wings and didnt have much time to do her hair....so much for Thumbelina look alike. Anyhow, Syifa was so happy that she dressed like thumbelina barbie (with the wings) for her birthday....although she was too tired to cut the cake and end up sleeping.

HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY

Syifa turned 3 years old already...time pass by so fast. Look at her cake, it was specially ordered form my talented friend's sister. She wanted a Barbie thumbelina cake, but this barbie cake was not bad either. She loves it!!!! We have not officially celebrate her birthday yet, because we were so busy with my nephew's wedding. We are going to do it on 15th Nov....and guess what, she requested a pool bouncer and princess Thumbelina's birthday theme. We managed to get almost similar Thumbelina's dress in Jakarta and some wings to go with it and yes she loves it. I cant wait to dress her up for her birthday party this weekend.

Another reason to go Singapore was to shop. I was soooo happy i managed to buy this LV beg. My husband wondered why do i need to buy $1080 bgg when i can buy few bags with the price. My answer was simple...Thanks for my birthday gift..heheeh...

1st Hari Raya

This is Syafi's 1st hari Raya. Notice he's wearing cara melayu...and he was so excited when we brought him around visiting relatives. Off course, we have to limit the visits as he was still taking medicine and antiobiotics and need plenty of rest.

DEMAM

Unfortunately, a week after Singapore trip, Syafi had a fever. We were so worried about H1N1 infection so brought him both to Panaga and JPMC, and alhamdulilah, it was just a normal flu and fever (part of his growing up things i guess). It wasn;t so easy for us the night he was sick as he was screaming and crying the whole night, we end up let him sleep in car seat till morning (apparently it worked, he stopped crying and went to sleep when we put him in car seat and drive around).

Btw, it was a day before Hari Raya when the Dr wanted to admit him in the ward, just in case the fever did not subside after series of panadol and antibiotics. Luckily, Syafi has no problem taking the medicine on time and his fever was well monitored. Within a day...he's laughing and active again, so Dr did not worry.

1st Singapore trip

This is Syafi's 1st trip oversea...ok, we pick Singapore as it is the most convenient to bring a baby and a toddler. This is a trial before we decide to go somewhere else in December. Syafi was a bit overwhelmed and he didn;t like being in the airplane very much. We didn't have the chance to shop much because Syafi was not so easy to bring around like her sister used to be. So we decided to cancel our holiday plan to Europe in December until Syafi reach 1 year old.

Syafi just back from Singapore on the way home in BSP's car. He seemed confortable in the car seat :) provided (salute to STL for providing good car seat). Look at syafi's hand...hehe we have to use sock to cover it. Ngalih usul Syafi balik belayar eh.

SCRATCH...

Poor Syaafi, his eczema comes out usually at night time...he likes to scratch his head....sampai berdarah sometimes...

MILK STOCK

Manage to stock some milk for baby Syaafi now that i'm back to work. I know these are not enough...but I'm so happy i managed to produce this much. When Syifa was born, i could hardly express the milk, let alone having them frozen. All i can say patience and willpower are the key.

Hello,

It has been sometimes since i updated the blog. The good reason for this is i just gave birth to a baby boy on 28th March 2009. I've been very busy since then with the confinement, taking care of baby and etc...hence not much time for the blog. Anyhow, its been 3 weeks now, i slowly steal some times to check out my mail and blog. Here are some pictures of my newborn - our son 'Syaafi Al-Asyraaf'.
