On the way back from Petra, we stop at Wadi Musa (prophet musa)...the water is very clean and pure and villagers even use it for drinking water.

This is Jerash in Jordan. Its a historical place where Roman Empire once built its city there....dont ask me the details...i only enjoyed the view

If u visit Jordan, its a must to go to the deadsea. I've been there twice, once with hubby and Syifa and another with my parents and sisters. Due to 'sensored' pictures, i can only show you this pic heheh....that salt forming under water. By the way, we even brought back the salt and mud back to Brunei.....they are very good for skin 'free facial stuff' hehe...

Jordanian feast...heheh...the famous 'nasi mandi' and 'nasi talam' cant remember what they called them in Jordan. You actually suppose to eat together in that 'talam' or tray....tapi biasa lah orang Brunei pakai pinggan hehe...and their tradition, you have to eat as much as you can....inda dapat bagitau nyaman or your plate kosong...gerenti they keep on topping up. I think everyone had higher blood pressure that time..too much lamb and chicken hehe...

HOLIDAYS CONTINUE

One of the places we visited in Amman, Jordan was the cave of 7 sleepers. Well, i dont actually know the whole story, but it does mention in the Quran. My sister knows better :). I've visited the place twice, once in 2007 and and again in May this year (2008)

PAST HOLIDAYS

I've taken lots of pictures when i'm abroad...the problem with me, all those pictures either just hidden somewhere i dont remember where i put them...or still in my card (if i remember which one and where i put it heheh...) anyhow, i managed to find some in my pc at work (shyyy....i have finished my work ok..)

I couldnt find pictures i've taken in New Zealand...once i found them..i'll post some. Anyhow, enjoy some pics i've taken in Paris, Milan (Italy), Dubai, Jordan etc...some not in good quality..biasalah camera bukan steady banar heheh...

Hubby and I trying that Safari ride at Dubai, i really enjoyed the ride and paling bising berteriak hahaha...

Beautiful Lake Como, Milan. Funny story...we were actually planned to go for those designer outlet...sekali nda tercari..end up enjoying the scenery there. Language was a problem there...they don't speak english at all...hahaah..imagine asking for directions....entah aku mcm paham saja....antam2.

Paris...been there zaman university dulu2....ani time kerja sudah (2005). I had a course in UK, i might as well went to Paris and stayed at my relative who happened to be the Ambassador of Brunei there. What was so special at that time, my hubby's family went to my family, merisik (jarum2) and me and hubby was engaged. Hehehe i was sleeping in Paris when my sis text me that they tried out my engagement ring.

SELAMAT AIDIL ADHA TO ALL MUSLIMS

Aidil Adha or Hari Raya korban jatuh pada hari Isnin, 8 December. We actually did not have any plan until my sister decide to have a picnic at Pantai Muara. It has been awhile since we have a family picnic. We arrived a bit later than the other family members coz' we have some errants to do. By the time we were there, everybody had already enjoing themselves with the foods and activities. We didnt prepare any food heheeh...just bought some drinks and snacks (supaya nda rasa guilty hehehe). Syifa was very excited, she fonds of beach like me (not like her daddy yang takut bepanas :) ) and by the time we reach pantai muara...she jump up and down, cant wait to play in the sand and swim!!!....i didnot let her swim coz of the strong current...so she just played at the seashore with her aunty lyn.

I was not as active as usual....biasalah kebaratan kali oleh tummy heheh....so just lazying around at the hut..munching...eating....bla..bla....boring eh. The last time picnic....i'm always run around playing with my nephews and nieces and gerenti swimming tu....this time nda dapat.

What i enjoyed as well was the 'swedish sandwich' my bro-in-law make. He's a swedish so there you go an introduction to swedish food. Sayang i couldnt take much food in....despite all those yummy food. Everytime i'm pregnant, i'm not fond of food....rugi ah.

Oasis hotel at Sharjah, Dubai...that was holiday long time ago....and its about time to go for another one soon......hmmm...wonder if airlines still allow me since my tummy is bigger now (yes...i'm 23 weeks still but it looks like i'm almost due heheeh)

Slow

Hi, I feel a little bit bored this morning....i think it has been long week with piles of work to catch up. I really really need holidays...thank god its almost weekend. Let's see what to do today....

3) lunch with hubby
4) Hmmm..thinking of taking afternoon off :)
5) oh almost forget...need to send enrollment letter for Syifa to ISB. Awww...my baby is going to school soon....
6) Tonight just relax.

Have i told you that Syifa is a very good girl if its come to travelling (most of time). Even long haul flights she was just sleeping, eating and playing....but that was when she still below 1 yr old. Now, she likes to explore things...its not so easy all the time...though she behaved well when only me and her travelled to Singapore last time (Daddy was there already for a course)

Kenangan

Looking through old pictures when Syifa was just around 5 - 6 months old. I think its a good idea to post some of her pictures during holidays in Amsterdam and Jordan. Speaking of travelling, Syifa has been travelling a lot since she was still in my tummy heheh....time rezeki belayar ada masa atu. Once she was born, we have to bring her along when eiter me or hubby sent for courses/conferences abroad. If i can remember, she've been to Singapore few times, almost vietnam but visa problem nda jadi(kana reject di airport hehe), London, Dubai, Frankfurt, Bangkok, Amsterdam, Jordan, Hongkong and recently KK.

Bad days

Having bad flu still. It has been a week now and i'm still suffering from block nose. Not that i'm complaining much but being tired and 'moodless' almost everyday due to the flu really got into me. Not to say that i'm 21 weeks preggie and an active 2 yr old to look after. Sometimes i just wish my husband never has to work offshore.

Work seems to be so boring coz' i feel less energetic most of the day. Resting at home is not an option. I try to rest as much as possible though (any chance i can get). Hope i'll get better over the weekend.

We just got back frm KK and we have no other plan. Saturday night we decided to just have Syifa another birthday celebration before her daddy go offshore again. So we booked catering...bouncer and sent invitation. We even went for last minute shopping for Syifa's bday clothes and goodies...and off course present. It was last minute but then again the most important thing is my daughter was happy.....

KK Holiday

As i have promised to tell you all about our family relaxing holiday...will try to input as much as i can. My husband has done some if you wanna check at his blog at deroughnect.blogspot.com.

Well, first of all i didn't know my husband has booked Shangri-La hotel resort as i thought it was too expensive...as always he likes to suprise us. Thanks dear!....took about 45 minutes from Airort, nice hotel though i thought it was a bit too far from civilisation. Hotel was great though the room was not as expected. Still, it was relaxing with great view and nice surrounding. My daughter was delighted seeing the big pool and the beach...she really loves swimming!

Syifa's 2nd Birthday. We did not plan any celebration on that day since her daddy was still offshore. Then my younger sis and my niece bought her a cake, pizza and presents to suprise her. We end up having a fun birthday celebration that evening. Sorry daddy...u missed it.

Syifa was eating orange during 'doa selamat' when we returned from Haj last year (December 2007). she was jua 1 year 1 month old and i was suprised she could already walked. I really missed her during Haj...and sadly i missed the chance to see her first walking experience.

I had to leave her with my sister when me and hubby went for Haj ( a month duration)...luckily she was ok..though i kept on calling to check on her.

Assalamualaikum to all readers.

I haven't got much interesting story to tell yet. Nothing much happen today..apart from the normal routine at work and at home. I cant wait for my leave next week. Me and my hubby plan to go for family holiday to KK next week. Well actually it was me who was keep on nagging him to go...coz' i need to relax. I'm about 5 months pregnant and i'm one of those who get 'baus' (morning sickness) syndrome and always tired. So, a week relaxing holiday is what i really really want...hopefully it'll help to release some stress and boredness.

I'll try to update on my relaxing experience once i've got back.
