Great Lost

It has been a long time since I remember to update this blog. Recently my loving father passed away and it has been a very sad and hard time for our family. It triggers me to write something about the lost and moments before he left us. We all love you Bapa / nenek boy and miss you very much. Bapa passed away peacefully on 13th June, sunday at 5:45 evening

A week before he died, he seemed quite but always happy. He always ask us to stay over the weekend at Tg's house, or else asked if we will stay at Tg's house next weekend. He always wait outside the house whenever we go out, just to say goodbye to the kids. He gets excited when Syifa and syafi are around, although i feel guilty asking him to look after the kids as they are quite active. That's why i only let him watch the kids when we're around or the amah is around.

On Friday 4th june, my sister celebrated her birthday and we were having family BBQ at her place that evening. i noticed Bapa ate a lot despite the restrictions of food he shouldn't take (due to high blood pressure), but he seemed happy. After sometimes, I noticed he was sitting alone at the corner of the house dreaming away...looked unusual to me but i didnt say anything. I thought he must be sleepy or tired. That night he asked us again if we staying at Tg but we've decided to stay at Lambak and stayed at Tg saturday night. When we came over saturday afternoon...he was alone in the house, my mom went to her sister's house and my brother and his family went somewhere (i wish we would stayed there and accompanied him). How foolish we were, just because we wanted to bring syifa to play with her cousins, we also decided to go to my sister's house after telling him. He seemed sad that we didnt stay long...rather left soon after we arrived. We end up joining my mom at my tua's house and fortunately Bapa went there to join us (what a relieved to know he's not alone in the house). Sunday Bapa went for weddings, since my mom not feeling well so Bapa went with my brother. We brought mom and Siah to eat out.

Wednesday 9th june, Bapa went to Seria with my sister and her family. I was so happy although it was just few hours. Suprisingly, Syafi was so fond of his nenek and he didnt want to let him go. Bapa end up bringing him to the car before he left.

Oman

We all went to Muscat, Oman for 2 weeks and few days in Dubai. Beautiful city....friendly people especially the Bruneian there. Syifa and Syafi were happy and enjoyed themselves...new experiences for them. It was a bit tough for me to take care of these 2 active young ones alone during the days when Abu is doing his course (reason we went there 1st place)...but its all worth it.

Both Syifa and Syaafi love to swim...can see from their faces. Syafi was very excited when we brought him to swimming pool.

When Syifa celebrated her 3rd birthday, we ordered this at my friend's sis for her birthday goodies.

We went to Jakarta and I secretly ordered birthday cake to suprise my hubby:)...The aircrews went along as well...and best part was when the headcrew announce it with the P.A system. Happy birthday to my loving husband.
